Refund and Returns Policy

At PUFFY PLUMES LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us – Email fayth@puffyplumes.org with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Return Instructions – We will provide a return address and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship Your Item – Securely package the item and send it back using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong item or defective product).

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Email fayth@puffyplumes.org with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
